External Sales Advisor
Function
- Your commercial role consists of expanding the existing customer base and acquiring new clients
- You advise your clients, ranging from SMEs to multinationals
- You ensure the correct and timely handling of your files and the associated administrative tasks
- You focus on the external business aspect of identifying needs, maximizing performance, and providing appropriate advice to build sustainable relationships. You will receive administrative support (quotes, etc.) from the office
- You convey the company story with passion, keeping the unique and integrated service offering of the entire company in mind at every contact
- You contribute to commercial actions and initiatives
- You report directly to the Managing Director
- As an account manager, you bear full responsibility for your clients and work closely with your colleagues in the back office
Your skills
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and preferably have some relevant experience
- You have commercial flair and give 100% of yourself
- You are customer- and service-oriented and proactively seek the right solutions
- Your organizational skills enable you to combine tasks while flexibly responding to sudden inquiries
- You work independently and are solution-oriented
- Your knowledge of Dutch, French, and English is excellent
- You are a proactive networker who thrives on acquiring new customers and building existing relationships (cross- and up-selling)
- You update contracts according to the evolution of the customer situation and keep customer files up to date
- You develop a customer or prospect database
- You represent the organization at events (trade fairs, networking evenings, etc.)
- You help determine the commercial strategy
- You prepare commercial conversations with (potential) customers
