About us
Toecan originated from a collaboration between two parties on the one hand IMOB, the Institute for Mobility at UHasselt, and on the other hand D'hondt Insurance a B2B insurance broker. They both bring their own expertise to the table. For instance, IMOB provides scientific insight into driver behaviour. As an insurance broker, D'hondt Insurance has built up years of experience in insuring fleets.
