Function
- You provide A to Z support, advice, and service to customers
- You prepare quotes
- You conduct demos and comprehensive explanations via webinars for prospects and customers
- You prospect for new target groups in a highly innovative product
- You keep customer files up-to-date
- You are responsible for cross-selling within the existing customer portfolio
- You handle communication with customers via phone and email
- Together with your colleagues, you take care of after-sales service
- You strive for optimal customer satisfaction
- You support the sales team
Your skills
- You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree or A2 with relevant commercial-administrative experience.
- You are comfortable with Dutch, French, and English, using these languages both in writing and verbally. Any other language is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team and pay attention to detail
- You can also manage administrative tasks effectively
- You are a born communicator; telephone contacts do not intimidate you
- You are persistent and possess a healthy dose of self-motivation, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility
- You have a healthy level of assertiveness
